This particular design is close to our heart. anything that combines music and light never fails to charm an Elf. And we are certainly delighted with this piece of creativity from the London-based designer Tomomi Sayuda, who was exhibiting Oshibe, at ICFF 2010 in New York where he showed off “Oshibe”. An interactive sculpture that illuminates and plays ambient sounds to keep you entertained. Oshibe in Japanese means "Stamen". This cool design is inspired by eggs, plants, light and the moon. When you put eggs on stamens, Oshibe plays tender ambient sounds and glows up. And yes, each stamen plays a different sound depending upon the number and position of the eggs.Via - http://www.hometone.org
